From bus or train station (Hakuba) between 8am and 7pm. You must call the number we provide you on
arrival.
Arriving out of hours
We
provide
a
24
hour
check-in
service
but
you
need
to
let
us
know
in
advance
if
you
are
going
to
arrive
outside
of
reception
hours
so
we
can
organize
your
key.
Our
reception
is
open
from
7.30
am
till
10.30
am,
and between 4:00 pm and 7.30pm
Arriving by car
We
are
located
in
the
Echoland
district
of
Hakuba,
which
is
where
most
of
the
nightlife
is.
By
car
we
are
a
5
minute
drive
from
Hakuba
Train
Station
and
a
5
minute
drive
to
either
of
Hakuba
47/Goryu
or
Happone
Ski
areas.
If
you
are
coming
in
your
own
car
we
can
be
found
on
the
right
hand
side
going
up
the
main
Echoland
Road
in
Hakuba
.
Please
note
that
the
closest
ATM
that
accepts
all
international
visa
cards
is
about a 40 min return trip on foot. It is recommended you bring sufficient cash to tide you over.
Arriving by direct shuttle bus from the airport
Easiest
way
to
get
to
our
hostel
from
either
Haneda
or
Narita
airport
is
via
direct
shuttle
buses
straight
from
the
airport
to
Hakuba.
It
is
a
few
mins
walk
from
the
hostel
to
where
the
bus
will
drop
you
off.

From Hakuba bus/train
station to the Backpackers
Just call us on the number we provide
you with and we will pick you up.

From the train station by taxi it is
about 1,300 yen to the hostel or a
40 min walk.
•
From the Hakuba Happo bus
terminal it is a half hour walk (flat),
or a 1,000 yen taxi trip.
